FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we meet up with you before we book?
We would love to meet you both! We are happy to meet up for a drink in London with no obligation to book if you change your mind. If you cannot meet us in London then let's arrange a Skype call.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
Once you've decided that you'd like us to photograph your day we ask for a £500 deposit to secure your date in our calendar. This amount is deducted from the remaining balance which is due the week before your wedding.
How long will we have to wait for our photos?
We take time over editing your photos and this usually takes six weeks for the full set of images to be ready. However, we'll give you a sneak peak and send you between 5-10 edited images just three days after your wedding.
How many images will we receive?
This really depends on how many guests you have and how long you book us for. However, as a general rule, if you're having more than 50 guests and you book us for our standard package of 10 hours, then you will receive in the region of 500-600 high res, edited images.
How will we receive our images?
We will email you a link to a beautiful online gallery which you can download from and easily share with friends and family.
Do we need to feed you on the day?
It would be very much appreciated if you could. It can be a long day for us without stopping and a meal will keep us from wilting! If for any reason you are unable to provide us with food, please let us know in advance so that we know to fill our car with food!
How long will you stay on the day?
We want to tell the entire story of your day, so we'll be there to capture you and your partner getting ready, right through to all the dance floor antics. This is usually approximately 10 hours. We understand that timings on the day often run over, so if we need to stay a little longer than 10 hours that's cool! However if things run over 11 hours, we will charge an additional £50 per hour.
Do you do group photos?
Our style is very much documentary, capturing authentic moments as they happen. If you would like us to capture some posed group shots, then we advise to keep this to an absolute maximum of six groups so that you can get back to celebrating.
How long do couple portraits take?
We will ask you to factor in a minimum of 20 minutes during your day for us to whisk you off to a spot around your venue to take some posed but fun couple portraits.
Do you offer discounts?
If you are planning a more intimate wedding with less than 50 guests or even considering eloping then we can offer a discount! Get in touch with us to discuss your day and we can put together a tailored quote for you.
Do you always photograph together?
Typically yes! We've found that we work really well as a team, covering all bases and angles. For weddings under 50 guests then it will usually be only one of us photographing, but we can discuss options to make sure you are happy with the set up prior to booking.
